Mount Cadillac (Acadia National Park)

Cadillac Mountain is located on Mount Desert Island, within Acadia National Park in Maine. It has an elevation of 1,528 feet (470 m).

This mountain is believed to be the first location in the United States to be struck by the sun's rays each morning. Before 1918 this mountain was called Green Mountain. This panorama picture was taken from the summit, with a spectacular view of the Acadia National Park and several islands.
