Panoramas of the World

Fisherman`s Bastion (Budapest)

Few European metropolises are more suitable for taking panorama photos as  Budapest. From the castle hill, the Danube and large parts of the city can be seen.

The Fisherman's Bastion was established between 1899 and 1905. In the Middle Ages, the guild of the fishermen was responsible for the section of the fortifications located here. Hence the name. In addition, the fish market was close by.
