The Inner Harbour of Victoria is the main attraction of the city. Residents as well as tourists stroll around. The harbour basin is the starting point for boat trips to observe whales. All points of interest of the city are located around the Inner Harbour. On the south side, the parliament is located next to the Royal London Wax Museum. On the side facing the port is the luxurious Empress Court hotel, a landmark of Victoria. It was built in 1908 by the Canadian Pacific Railway Company. Also the panorama view from the pier is worthwhile. |
